Principal Duties and Responsibilities
• New vendor setup
• Vendor pricing & files maintenance
• Inventory file maintenance
• Purchasing of inventory, distributed products and major supplies
• Follow up/status of materials due
• Receiving processing
• Customer notifications
• Returns processing
• Database maintenance
Qualifications & Skills
• Purchasing and inventory control experience preferred but not required
• Computer literate, email, internet, scanning, typing, 10 key skills
• Spreadsheet / Word processing experience (Excel-Word-Open Office)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fast, eager to learn and willing to accept new responsibilities
• Highly organized with attention to quality and detail
• Multi-task oriented in a fast paced environment
